NEW SALON RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment and alone.
  • I am unable to allow you to bring anyone with you to your appointment.
  • If you arrive early you will need to wait outside until your appointment time.
  • Bring as little belongings with you as possible. Coat hangers will be temporarily out of use.
  • No Walk .ins will be allowed. Pre-booked Appointments only.
  • Face Masks must be worn all at times.
  • Please arrive wearing a Mask, if you don’t have one I will provide you with a free mask.
  • My reception desk is now a sanitizing station. Here you will clean your hands, Put on your PPE, ready for your treatments.
  • Please avoid touching your belongings once this has been done.
  • Please ensure your nails are completely free of any product. This includes nail varnish, home gels or press on nails.
  • Please arrive without any makeup on for Lash and brow treatments.
  • I will temporarily be unable to allow use of the toilet. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Please re-arrange your appointment if you or any household members are displaying symptoms of the virus.
  • I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
  • Before you leave the salon please dispose of your PPE in the Bin provided for PPE only. This will be emptied between each client.
  • Appointments will be spaced out more as I will need time to clean and sanitize the salon between each client.
  • I encourage everyone to either pay by card or bank transfer where possible. Cash will be accepted but only if you have the exact amount.
  • I will be sending out a reminder message of your appointment 48 hours prior with a small Covid-19 questionnaire – This must be completed and sent back the night before your appointment.(LINKS BELOW)
  • I will be wearing full PPE at all times and changing between each customer.
  • I will be using disposable Towels, Couch bed covers & beauty tools where possible.
  • I will be having a 30 minute break between each client to air the salon, clean all surfaces that have been touched, disinfect tools, change bins and take a short break from my mask.

BEAUTY CONSULTATION FORMS & COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE

To help reduce unnecessary contact, all consultation and consent forms will now need to be completed online. These forms will be sent out to you as soon as your appointment has been confirmed and must be returned before your appointment otherwise we will not be able to go ahead with your treatment. Thank you for your understanding but this is to ensure the health and safety for all parties to stop the further spread of the COVID-19 virus.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking your appointment, this is payable via bank transfer. 

When booking in for a treatment we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place. We kindly request 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
