  • Please arrive on time for your appointment and alone.
  • I am unable to allow you to bring anyone with you to your appointment.
  • If you arrive early you will need to wait outside until your appointment time.
  • Bring as little belongings with you as possible.
  • No Walk-ins will be allowed. Pre booked Appointments only.
  • Face Masks must be worn all at times whilst in the salon.
  • Please arrive wearing a Mask, if you don’t have one I will provide my clients with a free mask.
  • As you enter the salon please sanitize your hands.
  • Please avoid touching your belongings once this has been done.
  • Please arrive without any makeup on for Lash and brow treatments.
  • Please re-arrange your appointment if you or any household members are displaying symptoms of the virus.
  • I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
  • Appointments will be spaced out more as I will need time to clean and sanitize the salon between each client.
  • I encourage everyone to either pay by card or bank transfer where possible. Cash will be accepted but only if you have the exact amount.
  • All consultation forms including a COVID questionnaire will be required to be completed online – I will be sending these out to all customers once your appointment is confirmed. This must be completed and sent back the night before your appointment. Unfortunately if this is not done I will not be able to go ahead with your appointment.
  • I will be wearing full PPE at all times and changing between each customer.
  • I will be using disposable Towels, Couch bed covers & beauty tools where possible.
  • I will be having a 30 minute break between each client to air the salon, clean all surfaces that have been touched, disinfect tools, change bins and cleans the floors.
  • IMPORTANT: If you have been recently vaccinated within the last 2 weeks, we will be unable to do a patch test for any brow or lash treatments until the 2 weeks have passed, this also includes eyebrow waxing. The same goes for if you have had covid-19 within the last 2 weeks we will need to wait 2 weeks before we can patch test or carry out any brow or lash treatments.

To help reduce unnecessary contact, all consultation and consent forms will now need to be completed online. These forms will be sent out to you as soon as your appointment has been confirmed and must be returned before your appointment otherwise we will not be able to go ahead with your treatment. Thank you for your understanding but this is to ensure the health and safety for all parties to stop the further spread of the COVID-19 virus.

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking your appointment, this is payable via bank transfer. For treatments under £20 a £5 booking fee will be required and for treatments £20 and over a £10 booking fee will be required. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation of booking via text message. Please note booking fees must be paid within the first 24 hours of requesting an appointment to secure your booking.

When booking in for a treatment we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place. We kindly request 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved treatment service amount. 

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the day of purchase and may not be combined with any other offer.  Gift vouchers are fully refundable up to 7 days from purchase, after 7 days unfortunately your gift voucher is non-refundable.
